I'M AMANDA.

A certified personal trainer and nutrition coach for women, and I’ve been in this industry for over 10 years working with women in all stages of life.

But I didn’t start here.

For years, I struggled with food anxiety, yo-yo dieting, binge eating, and overtraining. From the outside, it looked like I had it together. Behind the scenes, I felt stuck, frustrated, and honestly… exhausted.

I hit a point where I couldn’t keep doing it that way anymore.

So I changed everything.

I invested in education, coaches, mentors, and therapy. I did the hard, uncomfortable work to rebuild my relationship with food, training, and my body. Not just physically, but mentally too.

That’s why I coach the way I do now.

Because this isn’t just about weight loss. It’s about finally having a system you can follow through on, without starting over every few weeks.
